Resistance Training
Thursdays 9:00-10:00am
$10 per class or $60 per six week session. Limit 10.
Resistance training are workouts that build strength and muscle. It's also been shown to strengthen bones and reduce age-related decline in muscle mass.

In celebration of our country's 250th birthday, join us for a fun evening of sampling cheeses produced in the U.S.A. Jessica Kesselman, a Certified Cheese Professional (CCP) with over 15 years in the specialty food industry, and co-host of the legacy cheese-centric podcast, Cutting the Curd, will introduce us to wonderful cheeses made in our own country.
This program is limited to 25 people. There is a $5 registration charge to reserve your seat and cover the cost of food which must be paid to the library within two days of registration.
