$10 per class or $60 per six week session.   Limit 10.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Resistance Training
Thursdays 9:00-10:00am
$10 per class or $60 per six week session.   Limit 10.
Resistance training are workouts that build strength and muscle. It's also been shown to strengthen bones and reduce age-related decline in muscle mass.

Suminagashi Coaster Workshop

Join us in making 2 resin coasters by the Ancient Japanese art of Suminagashi.  Class limited to 12 people (adults).
