Roof Repairs
The Board of Trustees for the Old Tappan Free Public Library (the “Library Board”) is currently accepting sealed statements of qualifications and proposals (“Bids”) for adding a second layer to the Old Tappan Free Public Library’s (the “Library”) roof. This will also include any minor repairs or preparation to the roof before installing the second layer, repairing or replacing any failing drains, and assessing interior rooms in the library experiencing water infiltration issues. The library is looking to use mechanically fastened TPO for the second layer, but is open to suggestions if a better alternative is available.
